About the product

Extruding billet obtained by gas pressure hot top continuous casting process, which we have developed proprietarily, with 2,500t indirect extrusion machine, will enable extrusion of alloy with low processability such as Al-high Si alloy (both eutectic and hypereutectic) and 7000 series alloy. We have a good track record in mass production especially for Al-high Si alloy. For product diameter and materials, please contact us for information. Also for production lot size, we are ready to meet customer’s request and requirement in a wide range.

Application

Used for forging and cutting material for anti-wear sliding parts, anti-corrosion structure materials, high-temperature high-strength materials, and high-pressure materials for automobiles, machinery, and household products.
