About the product
This adhesive tape works for the TV speaker nets bonding. The one side matt-finished adhesive tape allows shorter process time and low process temperature bonding with 3 to 5 sec. press time and heat up to 40 to 60 degree Celsius. This product contributes to improve efficiency in production of TV speaker net while maintain favorable appearance, matt-finish and less curl.
Instruction
- Bonding the product to the surface facing perforated sheet should be at 40 to 60 degree Celsius and pressure force of 40N/cm2 for 3 to 5 sec.
- Good bonding to the cabinet surface can be archived by good amount pressure applied and not taking air in.
Features
- With its short process time of 3 to 5 sec. press to finish bonding, it enables work efficiency improvement.
- The production efficiency can also be improved with its low press temperature at 40 to 60 degree Celsius inhibiting curl issue after press.
- One side of the tape is a matt-finished, thus, favorable appearance is maintained after applying to perforated sheet.
- On the cabinet side, it performs superior bonding strength after pressing. It also has good repulsion-resistant property.
