About the product

In aluminum extruded heatsinks, thinner fins and high tongue are required for miniaturization and to secure high heat dissipation characteristics. At our company, we introduce FEM analysis to design and propose optimum heatsink dimensions for the required heat dissipation performance.

Characteristics

In comparison to conventional heatsinks, it is possible to manufacture heatsinks with thinner fins and high tongue ratio dimensions. Making thinner fins and creating a high tongue ratio shapes posed a high level of difficulty in extrusion and was difficult to accomplish, but to resolve this, FEM analysis was introduced to optimize extruding conditions and extrusion die dimensions.
It is possible to design an optimum heatsink shape according to heat dissipation performance and conditions.
