The packing density of semiconductor devices is increasing along with the continued miniaturization and sophistication of electronic products, creating an even greater demand for clean specialty gases. In order to satisfy this demand, Resonac has developed a system to produce specialty gases containing few particles, and supplies them as clean gas.
